Things to do:

Maintain a user management service since this bot will be restricted.
How will employee ID be provided? How will the number be mapped to the emp id?
How would auth be done?
How will the bot figure out the type of query? Will it be command based or LLM based classification of what the user is trying to ask from the bot?
