Are there any plans to release training code and datasets soon?

Also, regarding the entries in Datasets/Training.list it seems to list the PDB code and the EM model considered, but it does not specify which chain.

In cases like 5N8L where there are 2 RNA strands, which chain(s) are you considering?

Hi,

Thanks. In terms of multi-chain structure, currently, our method only considers the first chain specified in PDB and scores based on that. So, it is purely a monomeric scoring method.

Regarding training data and code, we will take a decision in the near future after re-organizing things a bit.
