Add Feature #56

• Proposed idea is to add a count attribute to Tag model
• The count attribute is updated everytime a new tutorial is contributed/posted
• This is reflected in the tags.html as well
• Indentation fixes is also included

Did you use spaces or tabs?

We try to stick with 4 spaces so do consider that.

I use tabs. Won't be a problem next time. I have turned on auto detect indentation in my editor.

No worries. While editing I also use tabs, but I convert all indentations to spaces. 😃
