Marking an existing Contact as private does not blank out the Account lookup #122

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a contact 
2. DO NOT input an Organization name 
3. When you save the record edit the system AUTOMATICALLY creates an org name 
that is equal to 
the contact name.  And, although it is listed in the Account/Organization Home 
Page when you 
click on it it reverts to a contact record:
4.If you check the PRIVATE box on a contact IT DOES NOT CREATE THE 
ORGANIZATION.  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

User would like to see Account lookup get blanked out.

Contact in one-to-one model that is marked private now has it's accountid 
blanked out.
