Opportunities created for one-2-one Accounts won't get a Contact Role unless they are created from the Contact record #133

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Donation from the Create New dropdown
2. Fill in fields and put a valid one-to-one Account in the Organization field, 
save
3. Note there is no Contact Role

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

We may want to add the Contact Role if the Account is a one-to-one Account
