Recurring Donations/Pledges - Unable to link to Campaign, Campaign Assignment to Opportunity #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add campaign relationship to Recurring Donation/Pledge
2.Create Pledge record.  Associate with campaign, enter amount, payments, 
etc.
3.Save record.  Opportunities created do not include the campaign 
reference.  Opportunity stage should move to "Pledged" (Open).  
Opportunity Type should be Pledge Payment not Single Donation.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Campaign is blank
Type = Single Donation
Stage = 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SF Version 10, IE 8.0 browser
