Create a web API for directly creating donations #149

The starter pack could have an exposed web api that could take contact and 
donation information 
and create opportunities from that. This would make the job of developers 
easier--just call the 
donation api and our code would do the heavy lifting.

While we are not implementing this, we've made creating Opps much easier with 
the Opportunity Contact Role improvements
