Add Reverend (Rev.) as Picklist Option for Prefix #162

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new contact
2. Drop-down picklist before first name.

It would be nice to have Rev. (Reverend) as an option here. I work with a
church - but most non-profits are interacting regularly with clergy.

I don't think Prefix is a field in the starter pack. Perhaps Salutation is 
renamed in this org?
