1-to-1 Organization should get reaped when one-and-only-one Contact changes its Organization #168

What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Create a new Contact
    2. Verify that it creates a 1-to-1 Organization
    3. Change organization on Contact

    Expect: Cascaded delete would delete parent Organization
    See: Parent 1-to-1 Organization with no Contacts

What's more, there doesn't seem to be a way to delete the Organization because
there's no way to select it.  It still redirects to the Contact with the same 
name.

Stated another way, the Org "references" the child Contact, but the Contact 
does not
"reference" the parent.  (Too much like a bad joke about family dynamics.... or 
the
strength of good parents of surly teenagers....)  Kidding aside, is there a 
reason
for the parent to live beyond the death of its only raison d'etre?

This should be fixed in the latest versions - please let me know if you're 
still experiencing this same behavior-
