Installing npe01 pkg in new instance requires creating opp record types #205

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create a new developer edition org
2.attempt an install of the npe01 package
3.after logging into your org, you will get a warning that the install cannot 
go forward, saying Opportunity.RecordType does not exist (did not record exact 
message)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
installing the package should create record types as necessary, and not require 
that record types already exist in order to be installed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
npe01 2.0, SF API v20, Windows 7, Firefox 3.6.12

Please provide any additional information below.

This is a new requirement with version 2.0 and beyond. I can't create the 
record type automatically if needed, unfortunately.
