Other admin user gets zero records in "unified public" report #206

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. npsp with nimblepack installed
2. I create a contacts report (686 records) and save in unified public reports
3. other admin user can see the report but gets zero records instead of 686
4. second admin user gets same result

Other SF admin users can update/view contacts, but for some reason the report 
isn't working for them...

This is probably a simple permissions issue, but I can't see a relevant setting 
in the SF setup...

Any suggestions?

This is almost certainly a sharing set up issue. Make sure you give the right 
users the ability to see the contacts.

Thanks for the feedback.

Under Sharing I set "Contacts" to Public/Read-Write, but no joy. 

Any other suggestions?

My admin users can edit/update view my contacts, but any reports they try 
return zero records.

can you upload a screen shot of a report showing no records?
