Need functionality to write-off noncollectable/unpaid pledges. #207

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Normal recurring donation with partial payments or no payments
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We need added fields within the Recurring Donation to indicate that the pledge 
has been written-off (e.g. will not be paid) but that the remaining balance 
will not be paid.  

Suggested fields: 
Write-Off Date [date field]
Write-Off [checkbox]

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 1.18, Vista

Please provide any additional information below.
This would be a big help as we integrate this package into our system.  Thank 
you!

Good feature. You could add these custom fields to your Recurring Donation 
object or to your Opportunity object, where it makes sense for you.

I'm no expert, but i think it would be of most use at the Recurring Donation 
object, not the opportunity.  The module is "managed," so I'm not able to add 
custom fields to the object.

You can add custom fields to managed objects. Just as you would to a regular 
custom object Setup > Create > Objects.

Users can add this manually, may consider an addition for a future release
