Certain Household Settings cause dereference null object on donation insert #213

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install HH package - (over old template?)
2. Remove template, set custom settings

A donation insert causes a dereference null object error in npo2 for certain 
household settings in OpportunityRollup trigger.

Haven't been able to duplicate this - going to close this until we see an 
additional occurrence .
