Moving a contact from an existing household to a household of its own does not rename the original household

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a household with two contacts (Joe Smith and Mary Johnson)
2. Create an empty household to receive one of those contacts (Joe Smith 
Household)
3. Move one contact to the new household 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would the original household to be renamed (and the formal and informal 
greetings updated) to reflect the removal of one of the contacts. Instead, the 
household name and greetings still contain references to the contact who was 
moved.

What version of the packages are you using?
Households 2.3
