Batch Rollups Always push to Accounts unless Always Rollup to Primary is set

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Settings where Always Rollup to Primary is false
2.  Insert donations with trigger off
3.  Manually rollup

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Values should rollup to the primary OCR.  They rollup to the 1x1 OCRs Account 
instead

Temporary workaround is setting always rollup to primary equal to true. Note, 
this will roll account donation values up to an associated contact IF they're 
also set as the primary OCR on the donation.
