Self Leads did not give option to convert as one-to-one #349

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Created a Lead using Self as the company
2. Under the create account option it did not give the option to create the 
one-to-one account
3. Is there something I need to do to enable this? I've installed all of the 
NPSP packages

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the packages are you using?
Contacts and Orgs: 2.1.2
Households: 2.4.4

Please provide any additional information below.

Make sure lead conversion is overridden (this is covered in teh installation 
instructions for Contacts and Orgs) 

The 1x1 will be created automatically when the Contact is converted
