HOUSEHOLD 2.4.6 - HOUSEHOLD SETTINGS NOT WORKING

I have just installed the package in my sandbox but it does not seem to work.

When I click on the household settings to set the package this is what happens:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click on household settings object
2.The page will not load and it will keep spinning

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? As said the page is not 
going to display not allowing me to seeting up the package.

What version of the packages are you using?HOUSEHOLD 2.4.6

Please provide any additional information below.

I am really struggling and feel stuck and I do not know who to ask for help.

If anyone could advise on this it would be much appreciated.
