Bring back (if possible) crew options under RMB #658

Despite there is built-in option to send crew to barracks, it's usage is 
annoying and old XVM implementation under RMB was much more convenient.

Is it possible to bring it back to RMB crew menu?

The old implementation was not XVM, but WG. They said that will continue 
changes with the crew, so we'll wait for next patch and decide what to do.
