Update filters and add napari slides

Hi @haesleinhuepf and @biovoxxel ,

I have updated the filters notebook and upload my napari introduction slides here.

I need 15min for the slides of napari introduction and around 30-40min to go through the notebooks (up to notebook 4: 04_opening_images_using_aicsimageio).

@biovoxxel , I think around half your slides could come into this part at the very beginning (up to LUTs, you would have around 45min for that if you like).

The other half (about background reduction and filters) could go into the next session (filtering and image processing) where Robert will show the napari-assistant and I/we could go through notebooks 04_Filters . I estimate ~20min for this notebook.

This should close #13 .

Let me know if this can be merged.

This is also how I planned to do it. If you think the background part fits better to the filtering, then I will shift that to the end and separate the 2 talks basically at the point where the new title slide is located.

But in the worst case we can still do that on the fly. As far as I understood, it would be enough to upload the final slides latest the 30th of August.

From my side, it's fine like this, I leave it for you to choose. It just happened that the "Filters" notebook contains both, but it will be done only after both your slide parts.
