more explicit licensing #29

Hi Marcelo and Johannes @zoccoler @jo-mueller ,

I'm just adding a sentence to the starting page specifying the license. Read the CC-BY 4.0 license. You technically agree to this license when sending a PR. This just raises awareness, that nobody should send PR containing materials that cannot be share under CC-BY and/or specify a different license. Let me know if you see any issues with that.

Best, Robert

I agree with that. Just to be clear: I still can share content that is under, for example, CC-BY 3.0, as long as I give proper credit and link, right?

Correct! We just need that sentence on the starting page to make clear that there is some content inside that is not CC-BY 4.0 licensed.
