Unfortunately, there are still users that cannot create the environment because of this error.
I tested on Windows and failed as well.
Adding --extra-index-url https://pypi.ngc.nvidia.com or nvidia-pyindex to the pip installation part (as suggested here) did not solve it for me.
It is getting too messy to handle support for this version.
One option is drop it and get 'Could not load dynamic library 'libnvinfer.so.7' warning again in notebooks, which does not seem to have any noticeable impact.
