Allow multiple subnets for nodes #424

In the scope of making the new BiBiGrid SimpleVM ready, it should be investigated whether NFS works on multiple subnets within the same network.

Solution is implemented on branch 423-rest-api-prototype All subnets that exist in a network during startup will be taken into account. Subnets created later will ruin the cluster, because nodes scheduled to be created within the new subnet will not be able to reach the master's nfs.
