GitHub Actions updates - Githubissues

[ ] Name RDF file name with date
[ ] Name Validator log file name with date
[ ] Check content of Validator file according too expected output
[ ] Check content of logFile itself for unexpected output (e.g. less data, files not read, etc.)
[ ] Push log file to Github (first pull) ++
[ ] Push new RDF file to Github
[ ] Update README Automatically if new data/version is available (run manually after checking files)?
[ ] Create separate actions for all files (Curated, Test, Validate)
[ ] Run local virtuoso with SPARQL queries (or use command line to run queries) to test content
