I corrected key names for the config file of unetr-based model - VIT_EMBED_DIM and VIT_MLP_RATIO. I changed the default values of VIT_MLP_RATIO to floats, such that you get correct number of the dense layers of the final classifier after multiplying with VIT_EMBED_DIM. I added section for paths for upload from local machine.
