Add more data pre-processing

Add the option of applying some new pre-processing to the data. Pre-processing functions to add:

• [x] Resize
• [x] Gaussian blur
• [x] Extract edges (canny())
• [x] Histogram matching
• [x] Clahe
• [x] Median blur
