BadTooManyOperations #279

Hi, not a bug, but a feature...I got "Error: serviceResult = BadTooManyOperations (0x80100000)" when feeding an array with 102 items to OPCUA-IIot-Read node. So apprently there's a 100 item limit for the items to be processed. Is there any change to increase that amount to 150 for example? Or is it like asking for trouble?

Great work by the way! I've found it very usefull.
