What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

Current behavior When the node-red-contrib-modbus is installed on NodeRed 1.0.3 without error only 5 nodes are in the palette and the rest is missing (Not working)

Expected behavior When node-red-contrib-modbus was installed on Node-Red 0.19.5 everything worked

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions
1. Install NodeRed with script
2. Install node-red-contrib-modbus

( X) I am using just the Node-RED package and got modbus-serial package installed with it

Yes, modbus-serial is the name but it does all, TCP and Serial. The node-modbus package is just for the Modbus Server node.
