Flex Getter Addressing #388

Describe the requested feature

How does the Flex Getter work? I noticed that with the Reader, I am able to read independent addresses like 401022, but how does addressing this with address with Flex Getter actually work? It appears that the Flex Getter is more contiguous, somehow?
