Install external modules #90

This suggestion will allow external installation of modules. The suggestion is to add the item Install -> Select module and thus allow the graphical installation of modules that are not in the repositories and have been downloaded. Note MyBible is using SQLite3 modules compressed as ZIP to install.

I am afriad its better to download those sql database and add it in our repo. because its possible that their library will be closed later. If their library is closed, we are going to have a problem finding them.
