Links for uploaded projects no longer resolve after changes to WACS #142

Since changes have been made to WACS/BIEL, the links provided after uploading no longer resolve to anything. Currently, they are supposed to resolve to the Read on Web view.

The Reader Server needs to be updated in the WACS server settings package.

It should be https://read.bibleineverylanguage.org
