USFM Import chokes on blank verse line #195

When importing USFM (from Paratext) into BTT-Writer, if a verse line is blank, all verses in that chapter following the blank verse are omitted.

Attached is an example file import.

I may have jumped the gun, here. What seems to have happened is that Paratext had added spurious verse markers. Thus, \v 18 was inserted on a blank line before \v 16, and this broke the import. We still might be able to work around it, but it is malformed USFM.
