Show Translation Notes Book and Chapter Intros

BTT Writer does not have the Translation Notes book and chapter intros. These are the intro.md files in the "front" folder for the book and in each chapter folder. Is it possible to make them show up in BTT Writer? (They show up fine on BIEL.)

This will require some investigation -- is the book and chapter tn content available in the source resources? Would we display it in the Book and Chapter sections (the first two rows in Susan's screenshot above?)
