Gradle Enhancements #19

A few enhancements to the gradle setup. Getting closer. I borrowed some ideas from this lazybones project https://github.com/cbmarcum/openoffice-lazybones/blob/master/templates/aoo-addin/build.gradle

include gradle wrapper to enforce gradle version consistency and improve dev experience
include all dependencies in code to reduce manual setup
use the java-library-distribution gradle plugin to build an .oxt file
