Update CLI Setup Script to backup accounts and deployments before overwriting them #248

@ponderingdemocritus encountered an issue in which the cli setup script ran and overwrote his accounts json file, almost causing him to have to deploy game state.

To reduce chance of the script causing this problem, the script should create a backup before overwriting
