reward top three high scores based on xp

Remove the current heist system and replace it with a rewards system based on highest XP scores.

Technical Specs:

• Storage var for top 3 scores. Needs to save the address, xp,
• During the start game (mint), the top three scores will receive a share of the $lords put into the arcade machine. first place 5% of the tokens, second place 3% of the tokens, third place 2% of the tokens.
