Would it be possible to get an STL File of the gear as I cannot find a 3D Print Service that excepts a CTB File?

Hey, I just saw this sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, the STL file was on a laptop that got bricked (never buying a dell laptop again). It’s lost to time but I might have the original 3D file from inventor. Let me check my files and if I find it, I’ll get back to you.

The original file is long and forgotten as well, sorry for not following up in a timely manner. If I recall correctly (take with a grain of salt as my memory is getting unreliable) I used Fusion 360 and a free add on called helical gear generator to make this gear. If you input the dimensions of the original gear and the number of teeth you should be able to reproduce something that will work with the drive.
