  • [x] So that all 4 species (pallida, florida, microphylla, tesota) are pulled at once ~ Current situation is we originally had 6 species and added 1 more separately. And then 3 species were discontinued. Have GBIF pull the 4 that are used.
  • [x] Filter to US/MX, research grade, de-duplicate, and filter again with polygon.

• [x] Add script for downloading elevation data?

  • [x] DEM data is version given by Erin.

• [x] Note that climate data is from Jeff's ensemble from Swallowtail project.
