Add % of >= 1 suitable host area suitable for bug #108

Would like to add the percent of host suitable range is "occupied" or, more appropriately, estimated to be suitable for an insect to summary output. Ideally to have a sense of how much of the area with hosts is also suitable for an insect species (to speak to which factors are limiting ranges/suitable areas?). Prompted in large part by P. eurymedon which, unlike other Papilio species, has suitability area that nearly matches host plant suitable range (for contemporary estimates, at least).

Addition would be in src/summary/summary-2-compare-ranges.R (see pinsecthost_1host and pinsect_withhost variable calculations). Perhaps call it phost_insect.

 Need to check on overlap rasters - are they excluding some areas categorized as suitable for the hosts...?

Yeah, the overlap rasters are cropped to the predicted extent of suitability of the insect (as they should be). This isn't super-useful right now, so will leave values in those two columns set to NA (for now).
