Need to have a script that will tell us if we missed any steps for species which should successfully complete the workflow. Need to:

[x] Establish criteria for which species should complete the workflow (minimum number of obs after filtering?)
[ ] Check for model evaluation (step 1)
[ ] Check for model estimation (step 2)
[ ] Check for predictions (step 3)
[ ] Report counts in a table
