We won't have .csv for templates
example data csv will be created programmatically. (Maybe not for version 2).
changelog in the release. Start with temperate changelog.md (then deleted when pasted into the changelog).

The above commit incorporates folder organization discussed with several of the team members. @rvyuha @yulric @il43 @mathew-thomson .

What about:

closing this PR with the updated folder structure.
create a list of further updates, such as revising the changelog, creating the V1.1 distribution, and creating a list of checks to be performed before a new release.

A follow-up comment/question regarding changelogs, from what I understand the only changelog that will be available is the one with the most recent release/version and this will only contain the changes since the last release. Will someone still keep a record of all the changes that have occurred with each version offline/elsewhere? If not, I still think that it's important that we keep a record of this.
