Fixed broken link to ERD image.

I slightly moved some connections to improve the "readability" of the diagram and changed the page orientation from landscape to portrait, to better fit on a A3 page. You may want to re-export the PNG, better using the "Crop to content" option (or use the image below). ODM v2-components - ERD V2 0 0
