[Feature] Added pbc DDI and fixed bug for mismathed variable and ddi #34

Created a simple pbc DDI as well as added error precautions to catch when ddi and variables dont match

I've modified the file with the following changes.

  1. Updated header - used the information for data from R survival package and also original data citation.
  2. Updated - used the information for data from R survival package and also original data citation. I put Rusty and I as document authors, OHRI as the institution, etc.
  3. Updated age as an example of

I suggest that @DarkShadeKnigh review my work.

All the info past age is not correct (reflects the CCHS example that we created this file from). Why don't we assess whether we want to create writeDDIfromTableOne, writeDDIfromCodebook or other approaches? There may already be solutions that others have created.

@yulric Do you want to quickly review -- I don't expect you to validate the DDI instance.
