Variables for age, height, weight, BMI, sex, fruit and vegetables, income, SDC, DHH, province, weights. alcohol and CCC have been updated to 2018 and are ready to merge into master.

@kittychenn I think we need to also specify SMKG040 in this function? It will remain a categorical variable and not be included in the SMG040_cont. @wyusuf068 what do you think?

@CBjerke, SMKG040_fun is used for 2001-2014 cycles where SMKG040 is not available using SMKG203_cont and SMKG207_cont. SMKG040 has been specified for 2015-2018 and SMKG040_cont for 2015-2018 is specified through variable_details using midpoints of SMKG040.
