Research laws surrounding getting a user's location given their consent #23

A backend ticket will be created depending on the result of this ticket.

Context: Currently, the only method a user has for adding a location to their report is for them to manually enter their location . Ex: 350 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA. While this is definitely simple in some cases where people frequent a location often and know the address off the top of their head, this isn't always the case. For example, if a user is going somewhere for the first time (e.g. to a party), they may not exactly know where they are.

Another case is when someone is hurriedly trying to make a report--they may find manually inputting the location "not worth the effort". In these situations, having a method for us to automatically gather their location (only when explicit consent is given) would prove useful.
