Allow RANCID path assignment, allow device links to be click-through to RANCID #5

Add a configuration page (or an option into the config file) permitting the user to assign a path/url value enabling click-through from FETID -> RANCID to view the configs.

Why not just create a menu entry for it with the menu editor?

Discussed adding as an option to the base config in a format similar to:

http://$user_defined_url/$section_name/configs/$device_ip Eg: http://rancid.company.intranet/office/configs/192.168.1.1
