Nicer 404 Error page

The current 404 is quite technical (see below). Proposed change: Give some nice words and refer people to where they might want to go.

Two minor additions:

• Shouldn't the mail address rather point to the administration of the ers (e.g. admin-ers@eja.net or similar) than to the EJC info address?
• If easily possible, I'd try to separate the technical information from the content. Currently it's
  1. Technical ("A 404 error occurred")
  2. Content ("Sorry! The page you are looking...")
  3. Technical ("Page not found. The requested controller was unable...")

Suggestion: Rearrange the template to first show the content and then (in a smaller font) display the technical details. E.g.
