Create view to show logs links with Issue #5 #23

@BigBlueHat and @dch, you guys happy if I merge this in?

I've seen a couple of times that the log page doesn't load successfully, adding a spinner & also a check for "you're not admin" response would be ideal. Softer colours maybe, I'm no designer. LGTM anyway.

When it didn't load, did you get any specific error in the console?

I'll re-try that.. sorry for the bad bug report. More of interest is I didn't see any net requests going through.
