Add a built-in options window for cracks in the GUI to easily allow users to change some settings for the steam emulators. Could also be done via the Settings window.

Please add that option, I recommend options to change networking, overlay, account name, language and offline mode. The more, the better. Thanks.

Some suggestions in #58 as well. I'll try to keep the suggestions in this issue for now :)
