Thanks for the report! Are you on windows or another OS?

I feel like the issue is the encoding that's wrong. On windows, "cp1252" is used by default, and it seems like the file you have is using another one, probably utf-8 if you're on linux. It might also be the order way around? Try editing the file to get this encoding. I might modify SAC to specifiy the default to utf-8.

Could you provide your config.ini? And tell me if you manually edited the config.ini file in any way, and if so, with what program?

Simply deleting the config.ini file and letting it re-generate should work though.
