Fixing a bug with installation via 'conda install'.

The underlying issue with the conda install is that conda-forge does not have recent packages for some dependencies Python 3.11-12. This approach does not actually solve that issue while being potentially harder to maintain

I installed Python 3.7 at home and all the tests passed, I also tried to install Tracis Ci and accidentally committed it. Please delete these files.
